The Farm
The farm is much more than a beautiful backdrop for our guests— it’s a creative, community-centered place, and it’s the source of everything we make and do. A fully-fledged working farm, where we harvest the barley for our beer and produce for our menu. With thriving beehives, berries, garlic, rhubarb, herbs, and flowers, our crops (and our skills) are constantly growing and evolving.
